Cancellation Policy: A reservation is confirmed with a 50% advance deposit. The remaining balance is due upon check-in. We accept cash, online payment procedures, and debit cards.

• If cancelled 7 days prior to the arrival date, a full refund will be processed.
• If cancelled within 5 days of arrival, the money will be kept as credit which can be utilized for future bookings for up to 3 months.
• If cancelled within 72 hours of arrival, 1 night retention will be applicable and the balance amount will be kept as credit for up to 60 days
• If cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, full retention will be applicable.
• Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged a 5% fee.

Cancellation policy may change during the holiday season; reception will inform you at the time of booking.
