"Stayed at kaizer for one night. The location is convenient and the staff were friendly. Rooms were clean, though a bit worn, and cleanliness was an issue at times. Basic amenities were provided but nothing impressive. Overall, a fair choice if you’re not looking for luxury, though a few upgrades would improve the experience."

"The hotel is a nice property with awesome view of the hills and valleys of kurseong from the room windows. It is situated almost 5 kms from the kurseong railway station. The room was a little small along with the washroom. But food was very good and service prompt and courteous. They also facilitated onward travel."
